MAKING A PURCHASE
Please note, all of the pieces you see on our website have been handcrafted by Maasai women, so variations in detail, color and finish can occur.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, and we also accept PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers. All prices on our site are based in GBP pounds, and charged in GBP pounds. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that issued your credit card.
When you order an item from shop-sidaidesigns.com your order is confirmed when you click the Confirm Order button at the end of the process. You will receive an email confirming the details of your order, your payment reference and the value that will be debited from your credit/debit card.
Note On Shipping as of May, 2020
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are shipping ready made items from the United States. We ship US orders via USPS Priority Mail and international orders via USPS First Class Mail. The timeliness of your parcel's arrival may be affected by worldwide postal system delays. Any customs fees incurred upon receipt of order will be the customer's responsibility. Please note, at this time we are not making items to order.
Orders placed are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. If your order will not be dispatched within the time frame specified, we will notify you, as this may delay the shipping process.
Customers are responsible for any taxes incurred in the destination country.
We aim to deliver your chosen items in perfect condition, however we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to the carrier, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment or your destination’s customs.
REFUND / RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased in our online store, you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org first to obtain a return form. Items returned without a completed return form that clearly states the order number will not be accepted. Please ensure that items are unworn, undamaged and in original packaging. Items that are damaged on receipt will not be eligible for a refund, unless it is clear that the fault is due to the making of the piece.
We recommend sending via an insured service with tracking. All returns are at the customers’ own risk and expense. Please allow 10 business days before receiving our email receipt of the return. Your refund will be issued in the original method, less any shipping costs. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account (typically 3-5 business days).
The following items are non-returnable:
- All items purchased on sale.
- All items purchased with a promotional discount code.
Items requested for exchange will be dispatched on receipt of the returned items.
ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Every piece of Sidai Designs jewelry is covered by a one year warranty on receipt of valid proof of purchase.
Within one year of purchase, if your jewelry needs repair for reasons other than natural wear and tear, please let us know by contacting our team at email@example.com.
If repairs are needed due to a manufacturing fault, we will provide you with a full repair service free of charge.
- Remove your jewelry before you shower, wash your hands or apply lotion.
- Avoid wearing your jewelry in chlorinated water or at the beach.
Avoid spraying perfume on jewelry.
- Use a soft, lint free cloth to keep your sterling silver and 14k gold filled jewelry looking shiny.
- To protect your jewelry pieces, each piece should be individually placed in a pouch or soft lined box to keep it from being scratched or tangled.
- Store your jewelry in a dry place, away from intense heat.
